DEIMAN4FINANCE
The DEIMAN4FINANCE project (2024-2026) aims to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion within the financial sector by creating a specialized DEI Manager role. Through collaboration with vocational and financial institutions across Europe, the project will develop a training methodology and learning platform using a flexible, micro-credential-based approach to meet the sector’s needs. EUD’s primary role includes leading the dissemination of project activities and outputs, as well as overseeing communication to promote the integration of DEI practices across financial and educational institutions. The project will begin at the end of 2024.
