European Pillar of Social Rights & European Semester
The European Pillar of Social Rights (EPSR) is an initiative launched by the European Commission with very ambitious aims; to bring back the social dimension of the EU, rebalance economic policies with social considerations, reconnect with European citizens,
while at the same time addressing key issues related to changes in the world of work and society more generally, promoting higher social standards. EUD aims to ensure that all the principles and especially Principle 17 are realised for deaf persons in the EU.
