The four nations of the United Kingdom -England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland-, have made an effort to make sure that sign language users have access to their own language in the four devolved nations.
This is now showing that there is acceptance in the inclusion of sign language.

IDE – Interpreter mediated Deaf Education at Primary Schools
Belgium is organised into three communities (Flemish-speaking, French-speaking, and the German-speaking) as well as regions (Flemish, Walloon, and the bilingual Brussels-capital region). This division leads to two deaf associations being in place, Flemish speaking and French speaking Federations of the Deaf Belgians.
